  20. Personal Travel insurance which allows you to ride motorcycles over 500cc, all your motorcycle gear including wet weather, even though we head for the sun!  A European Health Insurance card is also recommended and both parts of your driving licence.

  21. How is bad riding dealt with?
  22. Riding is discussed prior to bookings being taken as we don’t want guests damaging bikes because of irresponsible riding.  We then brief the group prior to any riding on how we operate and what we expect.  We also brief each morning and discuss any issues and the route.  Fast riding isn’t a problem as long as it’s safe and in the right situation.  Any riders not complying will be asked to leave and a refund won’t be offered!

  23. What happens if I’m caught speeding?
  24. If it’s on the spot then you’ll need to deal with it.  If we get a postal speeding fine it will be sent on to you with an additional administration charge of £50.  If the bike is impounded you will be expected to have the bike released as soon as possible and if necessary bring the bike back to the UK.  Anyone spoiling the party for others due to unsatisfactory riding will be asked to leave and will be changed for any additional costs by Spyder Club.

  25. How long are the days?
  26. We aim to be out from 10 am to 5-6 pm so there is also time to relax with a beer.  Mileage depends upon the routes being ridden.

  27. Can you book my flights or ferry?
  28. Flights are not included and guests need to book these.  Spyder Club can book ferry and Eurotunnel travel.
