Come and enjoy a day with Spyder Club and see what it’s all about! Join us for a bit of riding, a chat about Spyder Club with us and hear what members have to say! Spyder Club Open Days are aimed at those wishing to learn more about enjoying a fleet of superb motorcycles for a fraction of their value and running costs! To make the day a little more special we will also have our new Yamaha R1, Husqvarna Nuda R and the Ducati 1199 Panigale!

For £50 prospective members can experience what Spyder Club is about before making the decision to join, the fee for the event will be returned if you join on the day. Come along on either Saturday or Sunday, there are limited spaces available and relevant checks will be carried out before the day.

We are also holding our summer party on Saturday evening for members and prospective members. The evening will be held at a hotel with an evening meal and the option to stay the night. The cost of the event will be discussed with non-members over the telephone (0845 2000 868).

Spyder Club are putting on a number of UK, unsupported, cost effective bikes trips in 2012 giving members and like minded non-members the chance to ride with the club on their own bikes or a Spyder Club machine. This, the first will be on the glorious roads of south Wales where guests will be guided through the beautiful scenery on Saturday and Sunday. In memory of Vince Kerr.

Trip Description

Fri. 11th May – Sun.13th May 2012

Days Riding – two

Arriving on Friday evening for dinner and drinks, enjoying a night out with other riders and Spyder Club before the off the following morning.

Day One – Breakfast will be followed by a trip briefing before the start of the day.  The route will take us on roads used by Spyder Club on past events much to the enjoyment of our guests and a short visit to the Touratech weekend bikers event, returning us to the same hotel for drinks and an evening meal.

Day Two – After breakfast the route will once again take in some of the very best Welsh roads and scenery.  Riders will enjoy the views, twists and riding with other club members before once again arriving back at the hotel before departing for home.

Spyder Club are putting on a number of UK, unsupported, cost effective bike trips in 2012 giving members and like minded non-members the chance to ride with the club on their own bikes or on a Spyder Club machine. This weekend’s ride will begin on Friday evening at Folkstone, prior to using the Tunnel to get to northern France for a weekend visiting memorials of the First and Second World War.

Trip Description

Days Riding – two

Arriving on Friday evening for dinner and drinks at a hotel close to the Tunnel to meet other riders and Spyder Club before the off the following morning.

Day One – Breakfast will be followed by a trip briefing before the start of the day and our crossing to France.  Once off the train, the route will take us on good riding roads and to historic world war sites to fulfill our two wheeled needs and visit a past never to be forgotten.  Arriving at our hotel for drinks and an evening meal.

Day Two – Breakfast will precede another day of good roads and inspiring monuments to a generation who gave it all! Finally arriving back at the Tunnel and our separate journeys home.

This the third of these trips will take the group though the national parks of the North Yorkshire Moors, Yorkshire Dales, Lake District and Peak District over a splendid weekend of riding!

Days Riding – two

Arriving on Friday evening at a hotel near Lincoln for dinner and drinks to enjoy an evening with other riders and Spyder Club before the off the following morning.

Day One – Breakfast will be followed by a trip briefing before the start of the day.  The route will take us north to the North York Moors before turning west for the Yorkshire Dales and the edge of the Lake District and the hotel for drinks and an evening meal.

Day Two – After breakfast the group will turn south and enjoy the experience of some great British riding roads towardss and through the Peak District, finishing in Matlock Bath before heading for home.

Guests will ride the club’s track bikes at the brilliant Donington Park and Silverstone circuits with expert instruction from one of Britain’s most successful racers on a one to two basis.  Riders will arrive at the track, sign in and then ride throughout the day in the beginners or intermediate sessions. Bikes, fuel, track time, lunch and instruction from two times BSB Champion and GP racer, Niall Mackenzie are included within the cost.

A Spyder Club Experience Day offers members and non-members interested in finding out more about the services we offer, the opportunity to ride a selection of the Spyder Club fleet with a group of like-minded bike enthusiasts.

We run two days over the weekend in different parts of the country, participants can join us on one or both days.  Saturday’s ride will be through Northamptonshire and Lincolnshire and Sunday will be spent in the Lincolnshire area.

Dates: Sat. 19th May and Sun. 20th May 2012

Riders will enjoy approximately 150 miles of superb riding on some of Britain’s best roads, swapping bikes along the way to give members an idea of their next bike booking and to allow non-members to experience a little of what we do and what’s being missed!

The cost of the day includes bike hire with insurance, fuel and food at the start and finish venue.

Members: £60 plus one days worth of points, days and miles
